    Cardio Pickleball is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Taught by a Pickleball instructor, Cardio Pickleball includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down phases. If you are looking for a great way to get in shape and burn calories, try Cardio Pickleball.

    These lessons are designed to use competitive drill techniques and advanced strategies to help develop your game into a faster reactionary game.  We start using overspin,underspin and side spin.  You learn about positioning, body movements, mastering the consistency of the drop shots, poaching, etc. Ball machines are sometimes used to develop good techniques and consistent movement patterns. Must register ahead.

    *A minimum of 4 players is required

    PickleBall 101 is specially designed for brand new beginners with zero experience. It will cover the basic rules of Pickleball with some terminology, basic skills and a brief exposure to the game.  Bring your work out clothes, non-marking court or tennis shoes, water and a towel.  Paddles and balls will be provided. 

     *Minimum of 4 players required

At PickleBall Athletics Club, we offer classes to help players improve their game.  Learn the basic skills of serving, forehand, backhand , skills and drills, techniques.  The goal is to learn the ability to maintain rallies.  You will learn to have a knowledge of court sense and movements.
